At Christian360 you can purchase with confidenceknowing that we offer a no-nonsense, hassle-free approach to refunds. 


To request a refund please email support@christian360.com with your order number and an explanation about why you want a refund.



Digital Media Products


  • Digital products that have been download but not opened in the app can be refunded.
  • Digital media products that have been downloaded to our app and opened cannot be refunded, unless they are demonstrated to be faulty. 
  • When we refund the item, it will be deleted from your app along with any notes or annotations you have attached to the product.


Software-as-a-Service


Software Subscription refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Christian360 and on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. Christian360 will refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour. This does not affect your rights in relation to services or products which are not as described, faulty or not fit for purpose.
