Refresh your library

Occationally the library is slow to update. Go to your library page and "pull down" to refresh your library.

Redeem your purchase

If you have purchased your digital product from a retailer then you may need to redeem it into Christian360 before it will show in your library. See our guide I have a voucher code, how do I redeem it? for full instructions.

Check your user account

If refreshing your library doesn't work then it's likely you have created a brand new account on one of your devices. This can also happen if you use Apple's "Hide my Email" option as it creates a unique email addressSince your content syncs through your account, it is vital you login using the same account on each of your devices.

Start by checking which user account you are logged in with. Go to the "Account" tab, then the "Account" page.

Ensure the email address matches on each device. If it doesn't, then "Logout" and log back in again using the correct account.

Check your registered devices

You can have a maximum of 6 devices registered to your account at any one time. Go to the "Account" tab, then the "Account" and "Registered devices" page. You should be able to see a list of your devices. If you already have 6 devices registered against your account, then you will need to remove an old device before you can register another.

If a device is missing from the list then try logging out and back logging back in on that device.

Check for app updates

If you're still having issues the it's worth checking to see if we've already fixed the issue and released an updated app. The most reliable way to ensure you're running the latest version of the app is to delete the app and download the Christian360 App again. Don't worry, we save your products, progress and notes to your account so they will be still be there waiting for you when you login again.

Turn it off an on again

The age-old IT maxim still holds value today. If all else fails, it's worth turning your device off and on again. You would be surprised how many times it has solved our customer's problems.
