Don’t worry, this is usually easy to fix! Here are the most common reasons why your product might not be showing, along with what you can do:
1. You might be logged into the wrong account
Sometimes a product is redeemed to a different email address by mistake. This can happen if you use Apple and your Apple ID auto-redeemed the product.
To check, go to “My Settings & Security” in your account to see which email address your code was redeemed against.
2. The product hasn’t been redeemed yet
Make sure you’ve entered and activated your X-digit code. You’ll need to click the link provided with your code so the item is transferred into your Christian360 library.
To double-check, go to “My Orders” in your account. This shows both your physical Eden orders and your digital Christian360 purchases.
3. The app hasn’t refreshed
If the product is redeemed but not showing, try refreshing your app:
Open the app
Pull down the screen from the top
Look for the loading arrow symbol
Once refreshed, head to your library and check if your product is now visible.
